    Sayyid Al-Hakeem describes narcotics “a silent terrorism”, calls to look into abuse & dealing

    Sayyid Al-Hakeem, head of the National State Powers Alliance, called to considerably look into the statics announced by the Ministry of Interior over arresting drug abusers and dealers.
    His Eminence tweeted on Sunday, 5 December 2021, “Frightening and precarious statistics were recently announced by the Ministry of Interior over detaining more than 10.000 addicts and drug dealers over the past year. We must considerably look into this matter and know the reasons and causes of this perilous plague and review them objectively and seriously, as Drugs are silent terrorism that targets the societal and ethical structure of our homeland and our youth. We sound the alarm on this grave danger and call the concerned authorities to start to take serious actions backed by deterring legislation and economic, educational, social, and health measures. In addition, efforts must be converged to corner this devastating scourge and eradicate it.”
