Sayyid Al-Hakeem to Plasschaert: imbalance to Iraqi equation’s gains are temporary, benefits no one
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of the National State Powers Alliance, received the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Iraq Ms. Jeanine Plasschaert on Thursday, 13 January 2022, and discussed the developments of the political scene in Iraq and the outcomes of its recent results.
His Eminence renewed his stance to put the public interest at the front when taking political stances and has illustrated the importance of preserving Iraqi balances and not overcoming them. The gains of disturbing these balances are temporary and benefit no one.
His Eminence emphasized the importance of forming the government and focusing on the programs and priorities more than the persons. H.E. called for a service program that’s able to serve, provide opportunities, and achieve economic development.
