Sayyid Al-Hakeem meets Azim Alliance leader, Defense and Education Ministers, stresses military institution development, attention to educational curricula
Sayyid Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with the head of Azim Alliance, Mr. Muthanna Al-Samarrai, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Defense, Mr. Thabit Al-Abassi, and His Excellency the Minister of Education, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Namis on 31/10/2022. They discussed the political scene developments and the grave tasks entrusted to the new government.
His Eminence illustrated the importance of supporting and adopting Al-Sudani’s government, pointing out that strengthening the relations between the public and the political system is everyone's responsibility and not the government's responsibility by itself.
Sayyid Al-Hakeem affirmed the need to perpetuate developing the military institution, diversifying sources of armament, and perpetuating mobilization and training operations. H.E. also stressed the need to deal with the terrorist challenge as a security challenge, which requires the support of the intelligence institution, paying attention to the fighter and his logistical needs, and combating corruption within the military institution.
Concerning education, His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem renewed his call to take care of the curricula and school buildings, end double shifts, develop educational cadres, and integrate government and private education, stressing the importance of national education and democratic culture for the new generation.
