    Sayyid Al-Hakeem: women bear huge responsibilities, relative to men is differentiation, not discrimination

    In the Annual Organizational Conference of the female leadership in Al-Hikma National Movement on 19/11/2022, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, affirmed the nature of the women’s mission, indicating that women bear huge responsibilities and the relationship between a man and a woman is differentiation and not discrimination. Indicating the examples that Islam presented for women as active leaders like Al-Sayyida Al-Zahra and Zeyneb’s “Peace Be Upon Them” and their role in protecting and implementing the mission of the message.
    H.E. illustrated that although the huge advancement in women gaining their rights, our societies are still very far from understanding women in Islam and Islam’s vision for their role and status. H.E. affirmed that the pillars of success of any project are to rely on Allah Almighty, getting to know the project and conviction in it as a forefront to convince others with it, stressing that adhering to the history of Al-Hikma, its symbols, its characters, and introducing the newer generations to them, their lives, and religious and patriotic paths.
    H.E. indicated the necessity of adhering to Al-Hikma’s characteristics which are mediation, moderation, work on intellectuality and culture, providing services as it is the philosophy of the movement, empowering the fittest, and completing the organizational structure in addition to finding the most efficient. H.E. considered leadership as an effect and the area of effect is the society, stressing presenting a model and the ability to converse, communicate, and invest the virtual vital spaces in intruding the project to the people, illustrating its characteristics and goals.
    H.E. called to implement affiliation without extremism, awareness commitment, not blind obedience, and move through social space while adopting positive rivalry.
    H.E. reiterated his stance on not participating in the government, yet providing support, stating “this position has made Al-Hikma closer to everyone, whether those who took part in the government and those who didn’t. regardless of the good relations with the regional and international surroundings.
