Sayyid Al-Hakeem receives the Republic of Egypt Ambassador Mr. Waleed Ismael
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, received the Ambassador of the Republic of Egypt to Iraq, His Excellency Mr. Waleed Ismael.
The meeting discussed the brotherly relation history between the two brotherly countries, and the importance of working toward deepening and consolidating this relationship on the political, economic, and cultural levels.
The meeting also discussed the positive developments in the region, while Sayyid Al-Hakeem referred to the importance of investing in the opportunity offered by the truce and positive understanding in developing the region and the people.
His Eminence affirmed the importance of Egypt in documenting the joint Arabic work as it represents a balance and moderation agent on the political, regional, and international levels, stating the historically valuable role of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, being the moderate Islamic platform.
H.E. pointed out the importance of the anticipated bilateral committee meeting between the two countries and looked forward to results that will reflect positively on the two brotherly nations and countries.
