Sayyid Al-Hakeem calls for flexibility to resolve regional and federal governments according to rights and duties principle
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with the delegation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party Bloc, headed by MP Vian Sabri, and affirmed the importance of redressing the employees’ segment in Iraq, as well as limited income. His Eminence called to cooperate and have more flexibility when resolving outstanding issues between Baghdad and the Government of the region.
H.E. stressed the principle of rights and duties in dealing with rights and privileges and called for concession in the interest of Iraq and sustaining the current stability. Moreover, H.E. illustrated that the current stability was a product of heavy sacrifices made by Iraqis all over, holding everyone responsible for transforming this stability into a sustainable one to enable investment and enjoyment of resources.
Furthermore, H.E. stressed adherence to the Constitution without selectiveness or bias, as the Constitution was written to protect the interests of all and alleviate their concerns. H.E. affirmed that adherence to it and completing important legislation would strengthen the political system and complete its legal framework.
