H.E. insisted on delivering services and scrutinizing the performance of local governments, both in terms of service provision and the capacity to effect a qualitative transformation in this realm. Furthermore, H.E. reiterated his endorsement of the government's endeavors concerning the resolution of the International Coalition's efforts against the terrorist group ISIS, clarifying that the government holds direct responsibility for concluding the mission and entering into bilateral agreements between Iraq and coalition nations.
His Eminence implored the international community to voice its stance on the situation in Gaza, asserting that silence implies the breakdown of the human and international legal framework. H.E. emphasized the imperative of ceasing the war as the optimal assurance to prevent the escalation of conflict into other regions.
