ؤSayyid Al-Hakeem urges halting Gaza war, provide aid
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with Dr. Ayoub Hameed, MP in the Lebanese Parliament on 5/3/2024, and discussed the evolving political landscape in the region and the bilateral ties between Iraq and Lebanon. His Eminence emphasized Iraq's unequivocal desire and active pursuit to enhance global relations, particularly with its fellow Arab nations. H.E. also reiterated the importance of halting the war on Gaza and urged for the assistance of displaced individuals, the reconstruction of the city, and the avoidance of further turmoil in the area. Moreover, H.E. illustrated the nature of political changes in Iraq, specifically the achieved stability in politics, society, and security, which is the result of the sacrifices made by the diverse Iraqi population.
