    Sayyid Al-Hakeem: The region's security is tied to Iraq's security and stability, and Babylon’s potential lies in being a city of construction and reconstruction

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with a gathering of sheiks and dignitaries from Al-Qasim district at the residence of Sheikh Qasim Abdul Mahdi Al-Areef. His Eminence underscored the importance of Babylon province and its pivotal role in Iraq's history, stating that Babylon’s destiny is to become a province of urbanization and construction. H.E. reiterated his support for the local government in Babil and his confidence in their ability to implement the government program and complete projects.
    H.E. also discussed the nature of the political landscape and its positive developments, noting a significant shift in the international perception of Iraq. Iraq has become safe and stable, and its stability is a prerequisite for the stability and security of the region. H.E. called for reading between the lines in the visit of the Sudanese leader to Washington and the regional and international visits to Iraq.
    Highlighting the importance of addressing water scarcity in Babylon, H.E. urged the use of modern technology, placing significant reliance on agreements made in this regard.
