Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Dialogue and mutual understanding only possible solutions to resolve faction’s disputes

Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, welcomed the President of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament, and expressed his support and appreciation for the association's efforts in promoting peace values, underscoring the importance of peace for the stability of nations and its importance for enabling the people to harness their resources.
H.E. emphasized that dialogue and mutual understanding are the best ways to resolve conflicts between all parties, serving as a better alternative to wars and violence. H.E. reiterated the call for dialogue among differing parties worldwide and expressed our support for policies of compromise and mutual concessions. H.E. attributed many of the world's conflicts and disturbances to intolerance and the lack of dialogue.
H.E. acknowledged the positions of the People's Republic of China in international forums supporting the rights of the Palestinian people, noting that the ongoing genocide in Gaza clearly targets Palestinians and employs the most severe repressive measures against them.
H.E. asserted that achieving lasting global peace requires avoiding double standards and viewing the world with an impartial perspective. H.E. illustrated that China, with its rich civilization, can play a leading role in promoting peace. Additionally, we pointed out the Iraqi view of the Chinese experience and its pioneering achievements in various fields.
