They exchanged views on the political developments in Iraq and the region and the challenges facing the Arab and Islamic systems. His Eminence highlighted that Iraq today represents a success story in terms of political, social, and security stability, achieved after significant challenges influenced by both internal and external factors. H.E. spoke about the return of social harmony, the nature of the coalition managing the state, and how it provides a political foundation for supporting stability, as well as the security stability and reclaiming of Iraqi cities from terrorism. H.E. added, "All these combined factors have contributed to the momentum of development and reconstruction and increased public acceptance of the government and political forces."
H.E. also emphasized the importance of a unified Arab and Islamic stance regarding the Gaza crisis, calling for utilizing all international platforms to highlight the violations of all norms, charters, and international laws.
H.E. stressed the importance of dialogue to resolve issues between Arab countries and within them as well, stating that dialogue can resolve crises if there is a will for dialogue, understanding, and meeting on middle ground.
H.E. urged political and academic elites to protect our societies from foreign ideas that target their core and future, noting that the youth are the primary target. H.E. called for addressing challenges with a discourse that aligns with the current era and language of the times.
