Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem: Iraq’s political stability, is the fruit of the Iraqi people's sacrifices
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of the National State’s Powers Alliance, welcomed the Japanese Ambassador to Iraq, His Excellency Mr. Futoshi Matsumoto, to his office, and discussed the latest political developments in the region and the bilateral relations between Baghdad and Tokyo, focusing on economic, cultural, and scientific cooperation.
His eminence underscored the importance of learning from Japan’s expertise in construction and rebuilding efforts, highlighting Iraq's favorable view of Japanese companies. H.E. also called for a more prominent presence of these companies in the investment opportunities Iraq offers.
Additionally, His Eminence explained the current political stability in Iraq, emphasizing that it is a result of the Iraqi people’s sacrifices in the fight against terrorism and their efforts to build a new democratic experience. H.E. urged all parties to work towards making this stability lasting and sustainable.
