Sayyid Al-Hakeem Stresses Promoting Dhi Qar’s Economy, Agriculture, Tourism
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, met with a delegation of parliament members from Dhi Qar Province and discussed the latest developments in the province's service and social sectors. His Eminence affirmed the significance of Dhi Qar to Iraq, considering its rich history, civilization, jihadist heritage, and the role its people have played in fighting terrorism and resisting dictatorship.
H.E. emphasized the importance of serving the province, noting that transforming Dhi Qar requires collective efforts and cooperation from all parties to benefit its people. H.E. also underscored the need to capitalize on Dhi Qar's economic, agricultural, and tourism resources.
Furthermore, H.E. urged disputes to be resolved through the judiciary, emphasizing that it serves as the cornerstone of Iraq’s stability. H.E. also stressed the value of strategic projects in the province, as they create job opportunities and attract investment and funding to Dhi Qar.
