His Eminence also highlighted the repeated mentions of Jesus Christ and His mother, the Virgin Mary (peace be upon them), in the Holy Quran. H.E. underscored that the message of Jesus Christ is one of peace, love, compassion, and sacrifice and that following this path can shield us from wars and conflicts.

H.E. reaffirmed the importance of preserving diversity, fostering national unity, and supporting one another, as these principles are vital for building a secure and thriving Iraq.
H.E. also called for prayers and supplications for the peoples of the region, especially in Syria, Lebanon, and Palestine, hoping for security and peace to prevail in these nations. Furthermore, H.E. illustrated Iraq’s experience in overcoming crises and expressed our wish for these communities to build upon the progress we have achieved.
