Sayyid Al-Hakeem Affirms Iraq’s Safety Requires Internal Strength, External Openness
In a pleasant Baghdad evening, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with a large gathering of tribal sheiks, dignitaries, and professionals from the capital as part of an electoral event.
His Eminence stressed that leading Iraq to safety demands fortifying the nation against external challenges while ensuring a stable and cohesive domestic environment, both of which must move in parallel. H.E. explained that Iraq has faced major challenges yet managed to engage with regional issues without becoming entangled in them.
H.E. described the upcoming elections as pivotal, emphasizing that empowering moderate forces will shield Iraq from the repercussions of regional developments. H.E. noted that the path of moderation is one that safeguards Iraq’s unity and stability.
H.E. further highlighted Iraq’s progress in overcoming security, political, and social challenges while improving its regional and international relations.
In addition, H.E. underscored the need to elevate the education sector and enhance essential services, particularly water, electricity, healthcare, and infrastructure.
In this context, H.E. affirmed that Al-Hikma National Movement adopts a practical approach to youth empowerment, beginning with identifying young talents, followed by training and development, empowerment and trust-building, and finally evaluation and refinement, ensuring the preparation of capable, proactive young leaders dedicated to serving their communities.
