Receiving the Turkish Ambassador, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim: The Situation in Anbar is Worrisome but not Dangerous, ISIS Will Soon be Vanquished
Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, affirmed that the security breaches in Anbar calls for worry but are not dangerous, explaining that there are intensive preparations to address the situation in a quick manner, vanquish the terrorist ISIS gangs, free the dear land of Anbar and ensure its residents’ return.
This came when his eminence received His Excellency the ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Iraq Faruk Kaymakci at his office in Baghdad, on Monday, 18/5/2015.
For his part, the Turkish Ambassador shared Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim’s concern about the security situation in Anbar and expressed his country’s support to the Iraqi government in its war against terrorism and endeavors to achieve growth and stability in Iraq.
The two sides also discussed the relations between the two countries as well as the regional and international situation.
