    During His Meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Baghdad, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Says ISIS Gangs Have Begun to Lose Their Bases in Iraq and They Will be Crushed by Our Security Forces and the Iraqi People

     
    Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, assured that the terrorist ISIS gangs have begun to progressively lose their bases in Iraq and that they have significantly regressed after the hits they received from the armed forces, the popular crowd, the tribe members and the Peshmerga. This came when his eminence received at his office in Baghdad on Saturday, 8/8/2015, the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Iraq Jeanne Georgine Seppen.
    His eminence mentioned the alignment of viewpoints with respect to the danger that the terrorist ISIS gangs represent to world peace and security, in addition to the need to couple the military and security solution with political methods. He also indicated that national reconciliation should take place along two paths: the enactment of laws and the implementation of the government platform, insisting that the fight against corruption must start from the top of the pyramid down to the basis. The two sides discussed as well a number of issues pertaining to the economic and political aspects. Ambassador   Seppen finally expressed her government’s readiness to provide assistance for the development of the agricultural sector in Iraq based on the Dutch experience and expertise in this field.
