    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Discusses With the Spanish Ambassador the Development of Political Situation in the Region


        Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, discussed with the Spanish Ambassador to Iraq Maria Ferri during a meeting with her in his office in Baghdad on Tuesday September 22, 2015 the development of political and security situations in Iraq and the region.
    His Eminence stressed the need for the countries of the international coalition to play a bigger role in the face of ISIS and to never allow for this cancerous tumor to become aggravated while it is proving day after day that it targets everyone.
    During the meeting, they also discussed bilateral relations between the two countries in economic, cultural and sports fields, calling for developing them to serve the interests of both countries’ peoples.
