    Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim Expresses his Condolences for the Death of Iranian Pilgrims to the Representative of Imam Khamenei

     


        Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, has expressed his sincere condolences to the Iranian people for the death of a large number of Iranian pilgrims.

    During his meeting with the representative of Imam Khamenei, Ayatollah Sayyed Mujtaba al-Husseini Mojtaba al-Husseini, in his office in Baghdad on Thursday October 1st, 2015, His Eminence stressed the need to confront the challenges facing the Islamic nation, calling for the deployment of a culture of true religion and for the removal of suspicions that have come suddenly upon Islam. He also noted the importance of confronting extremism and drawing off its intellectual sources.
