Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Receives Turkey\'s Ambassador, Qaamakja
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received the Turkey\'s ambassador in Baghdad, Farouq Qaamakja, at his Eminence’s office in Baghdad, on Monday November 02, 2015.
\r\nHis Eminence congratulated the Turkish ambassador for the elections’ success and discussed with him the political developments in the region and the war against ISIS, as well as the displaced people circumstances. He called for making efforts to alleviate this humanitarian crisis and support Iraq in the war it wages on behalf of the region and the world, recalling that ISIS has several times proven that it poses a threat to everyone.
