During his Meeting with the New Mujahidin of Saraya Ashura, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Underlines the Commitment to the Directives of Religious Authority and to Military Orders
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed the importance of adherence to the directives given by the religious authority to fighters, calling for studying these directives and implementing them. He also stressed the importance of adhering to military orders, obeying the orders of leaders, and dealing with them in terms of the high experience they have.
\r\nThis came during His Eminence meeting on Saturday November 21st, 2015, with the new Mujahidin of Saraya Ashura who have completed their training courses.
\r\n His Eminence pointed out the role of religious authority in keeping Iraqi society, noting that history will talk about the role of Fatwa of efficient Jihad in keeping Iraqi project, Iraqi people, and the holy sites. Moreover, he urged the Mujahidin to adhere to the religion, perform the prayer and religious matters, and to be patient, bold, and ardent. His Eminence also indicated that the battle with ISIS is not conventional, but it is a battle that needs the special tools and trainings owned by the leaders of Popular Mobilization Units and security forces. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate their roles with that of other security forces and militants factions.
