His Eminence added that Iraq does not need at all the foreign soldiers, whatever their nationality is, to cleanse Iraq from ISIS, citing the bravery of Iraqis and their unity in confronting ISIS terrorist gangs. He also stressed that the battles fought by the security forces, the Popular Mobilization Units, and the members of tribes and Peshmerga proved the ability of Iraqis to address those stray troops.

He also warned again about ISIS danger on the whole world, and this is what has been proved by Paris bombings and some cities in the world, calling to activate international laws in the fight against terrorism, to reduce the methods of funding, and to support Iraqi security institutions with weapons, training and intelligence information.
