Sayyid Ammar al Hakim, Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, called the educational institutions to take care of the educational, ethical, and behavioral aspects of the Iraqi students. He clarified that the school is an educational and instructional site, affirming that education is a lethal weapon to serve humanity.

During a ceremony held at the school of Imam Ali (pbuh), as its female students reached the age of nine, Sayyid Ammar al Hakim said: \"The school is an educational site before being an instructional one; it teaches them the Book and the wisdom. Education is a lethal weapon that, if given to an entrusted person, can be directed towards serving the humanity, developing technology and medicine and serving the people, but if given to an ill-trusted person, it can make a nuclear bomb that hurts others.”

His Eminence added: \"We desperately need a pure and healthy heart and a sound mind away from extremism, violence, and hatred. We need the proper behavior apart from arrogance and selfishness, which carries smiles, compassion, humility, and kindness to others. The educational aspect represents a key milestone\".
