Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim calls Saraya Ashura (Ashura Company) fighters to make the Religious Authority their compass when fighting ISIS
Chairman Supreme Islamic Council in Iraq (SICI) Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim stressed on the importance of obligation to the Religious Authority\'s guidance that is considered a constitution for defending land, honor and holy places, describing these guidance as a compass that must be adapted when fighting ISIS, calling to make it a curriculum used in armed conflicts all around the world.
\r\nThese statements were at his eminence reception of a huge gathering of Saraya Ashura on Monday February 22, 2016.
\r\nHis eminence discussed with the Saraya Ashura fighters the victories on ISIS in Tharthar, Fallujah, Ramadi and northern Salah Al-Din province, confirming the big great role of Popular Forces in defeating ISIS and exiling ISIS from the political equation that was meant for, encouraging the fighters to follow the Supreme Religious Authority\'s guidance and to highly coordinate with the remaining fighter groups and official security forces, and to focus on the goal that everyone agrees on which is clearing the Iraqi soils and restoring life.
\r\nIn respect of Mosul battle, his eminence reiterated the importance of Popular Forces participation as a national necessity imposed by facts of the battle, indicating that Mosul is firstly for its natives of all denominations supported by Iraqi security forces, Popular Forces and Peshmarga.
\r\nHis eminence asked the fighters to continue the utilization of unconventional methods during fighting ISIS because ISIS is adapting standard battle methods, stressing on the importance of taking care of the displaced families and the families utilized by terrorists as human shields.
