Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim discusses bilateral relations between Iraq and Kuwait with former Prime Minister Mr. Nasser Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah,
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, affirmed that the Kuwaiti-Iraqi relations are witnessing sophisticated development and opening, praising Kuwait\'s response and stands in support of Iraq in the fight against terrorism and Kuwait’s understanding to the threat of terrorism and the need to encounter it.
\r\nThis took place during a meeting between his eminence and former Prime Minister Mr. Nasser Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, at the latter’s headquarters in Kuwait Sunday, 19.6.2016.
\r\nDuring the visits, his eminence explained the political and security situation in Iraq to the Kuwaiti side , stressing that Iraq is very close to exit the bottleneck, reflecting victories achieved by security forces in liberating vital cities and returning displaced families to their original locations.
