\r\nHis Eminence stressed the importance of investing victories in Anbar to fortify the Anbar province community from the return of terrorism, calling society leaders to look into the post-ISIS phase and find a solution to the social congestion in the province.
\r\nHis eminence praised the cohesion shown by the popular forces with a tribal forces, Iraqi military and Iraqi federal police, noting that Iraq today is soon to be out from the bottleneck and reap the fruits of his patience.
