Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim meets with ambassador of United Kingdom and discusses developments in the security and political situation in Iraq and the region
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received ambassador of United Kingdom to Iraq Mr. Frank Baker, at his eminence office in Baghdad Thursday, 4.8.2016.
\r\nHis Eminence discussed with Mr. Baker developments in the security and political situation in Iraq and the region and the war on terrorism, His eminence stressed that the world should take serious role toward the scourge of terrorism threatens everyone, pointing to the need to address the humanitarian crisis in Iraq l that resulted due to decampment in the areas cleared of terrorism.
