Heading the Central Shura meeting, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim stresses preparing for Mosul battle and the post-ISIS phase
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim, chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed on preparing for Mosul battle , because it is the decisive battle with terrorism, stressing on the importance of preparing for the post-ISIS phase that represent a security strategy necessity to handle of the present challenge, explaining the importance of political stability before the decisive battle with ISIS.
\r\nThis took place at the Central Shura of Al-Mihrab Martyr Movement in his eminence’s office, Monday 15/8/2016
\r\nIn respect of political aspects, his eminence reiterated emphasis on the necessity of settling proxy management, and the National Coalition institutionalization, arrange it\'s meeting and general authorities, to make it able of apprehending the political process for being the biggest bloc in Iraq, with emphasis to gather the two electoral practices in one day, decreasing the age of candidacy and the number of members of the provincial councils and the Iraqi House of Representatives.
