Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim: the National Iraqi Alliance is a link between the provinces and the central government

During the visit of His Eminence with a delegation representing the National Iraqi Alliance to Maysan province and meeting with the local government, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim confirmed that the National Iraqi Alliance represents a link between the provinces and the central government for its power and relevance as the largest political bloc Tuesday, 31/01/2017

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim discussed delayed projects, funds of companies and contractors and the condition of agricultural and situation of retirees, youth and sports in the province, stressing on proceeding to invest resources in the provinces and not to surrender to the financial crisis.

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim stated in the Maysan Provincial Council: \"The effective plans and harmony between the decision-makers will enable us to overcome challenges and find alternatives,\" stressing on the importance of knowing and following-up service and development problems in the province and provide visions and solutions to address them. 

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim stressed on not giving in to the financial crisis and move ahead to invest resources in the provinces, noting that effective plans and harmony between the decision-makers will make it possible to find alternatives and overcome challenges.

Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, pointed to the desire of the central government and the Prime Minister to positively deal with all the problems and obstacles to reach the point where the best services are provided to our people, especially the natives of this offering province throughout a long history.

His Eminence pointed out that this visit \"was conducted to express our great pride and appreciation for the people of Maysan and their sacrificial and generous masses, Maysan province, had stood up and contributed and sacrificed and presented a lot in the era of dictatorship, and today it offered big number of martyrs to defend the land, honor and sanctities.\"

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim spoke about the meeting, stating: \"It was an important opportunity for an in-depth study of the whole situation of the province on security and service, political, cultural and social levels, and we listened to a lot of observations, views and good and legitimate ambitions”.

Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, expressed his pride and appreciation for the great efforts made by the province for the people of Maysan, explaining that the notes taken from the local government are important and we will take these concerns and observations to be delivered to the competent authorities in the federal government, some of which require some legislative amendments that will be delivered to parliamentary committees.

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim stressed that Iraq is taking significant steps to achieve the great victory over Daesh and terrorism, adding that after completing the liberation of the left bank of Mosul, all classes of Iraqi armed forces are preparing today for the liberation of the right bank, God willing, and we all hope that the retaking operations will be completed in a short period of time, then we will forward tidings of victory to the Iraqi people to declare Nineveh and Mosul free from Daesh terrorism, and at the same time we have to prepare for all the required requirements for the post-victory, therefore these tours and visits, realigning, unified stands and reading concerns are under the framework of setting the required vision for the post-victory phase so we will be coherent and integrated.
