Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim: The Yazidi component is a qualitative addition to Iraqi society and must be treated with fairness
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, described the Yazidi component in Iraq a qualitative addition to the Iraqi society, noting that the Iraqi components are not measured by their numbers.
\r\nHis eminence in a meeting with the Member of Parliament of the Yazidi component Mrs. Vian Dakhil in his office in Baghdad Thursday, 13/4/2017 , indicated that the National Iraqi Alliance was and will continue to support all Iraqi components and adopt all their legitimate rights, pointing out that the new Iraq we want is an Iraq that guarantees the rights of all through citizenship, which preserves the rights and identity of each component, calling for doing justice to Yazidis and work to restore the community cohesion in the areas they reside and demand to disclose the suffering of Yezidi women.
\r\nMrs. Vian Dakhil praised mentioning Yazidi demands in his eminence’s speeches, calling for setting plans to restore harmony in the Yazidi areas.
