Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim with Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis to discusses victory in Mosul and the post-Daesh phase
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, received his office in Baghdad Deputy Chairman of the popular mobilization forces Mr. Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis Monday 17/7/2017.
\r\nHis Eminence with al-Muhandis discussed the victory of Mosul and the conclusion of military confrontation with Daesh in the old city of Mosul, his eminence called to take advantage of victory to advance to other areas, until all Daesh is ousted from the entire Iraqi soil, his eminence stressed on security and intelligence roles to confront terrorism that is expected to resort to targeting cities and civilians.
\r\nRegarding the political situation of Iraq, his eminence stressed on dialogue as an approach and a solution to resolve all differences, stressed the need to have concession to Iraq and right and duty principle, called for development, economic and social solutions that would strengthen and integrate with the military victory.
\r\nMr. al-Muhandis congratulated his eminence on the victory over a Daesh in Mosul and the liberation of the land, indicated that the unity of the Iraqis is able to perpetuate the momentum of victories as it was able to win Mosul and all liberated cities.
