    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim: Iraq is not to be ruled by iron and fire, the national majority is the solution to all the crises of Iraq

    The head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, in his office in Baghdad, met a delegation from the tribes of Babil province Sunday, 17/9/2017. His eminence reiterated the need for a national majority government in the next phase, noted that the preservation of Iraq\'s unity is the most important challenges facing the Iraqi people after the victory over Daesh.

    His eminence pointed out that all attempts to rule Iraq by force, iron and fire have failed over the past decades. Therefore, what the country needs today is wisdom in resolving things and preserving the unity of the country after the victory over the terrorist Daesh, pointed to the country\'s need for two competing teams, to be formed through national majority, one is the decision maker and the other side is the opposition comprised, both teams should include all components of the Iraqi people to represent an arbitrator in Iraq in a competitive manner, winners are who prove that they are the beat in service provision to people, represent all components through representatives of the electoral streets in order to be effective and sound.

    His eminence congratulated the great victories in west of Al Anbar, praised the sacrifices of the Babil province tribes who had greatly participated in the liberation and the battles against Daesh.

    His eminence explained that the Al-Hikma National Movement seeks to include all components of the Iraqi people in the movement’s lines, as well as to work on an electoral list composed of competent and honest individuals capable of accomplishments in order to form a national majority government in the next phase to end the disagreements resulted by quotas.
