    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim: We have developed a technical service program that is realistic and achievable

    Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, attended a gathering of Shammar tribes north of Baghdad, indicated that the program of the Al-Hikma National Movement is a service program put in a technical method and it is achievable, and that the program is a result of researches and diagnosis to detect errors, find solutions and benefit from ideas of specialists.
    His eminence talked about services as the most important challenge for Iraq in the coming phase, reiterated that success in the challenge of state-building will be crown and preserve political, military and societal victories. His eminence pointed that the Al-Hikma National Movement worked on empowering youth and presented specialized candidates who have a degree in their specialty that qualify them to diagnose and analysis.
    As part of his eminence visit to areas north of Baghdad, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim met with the elders and tribal figures of Najadat in the guesthouse of Sheikh Khalaf Al-Najadi, and discussed elections and the responsibilities of Iraqi tribes in reform and change, as well as discussing social and service aspects in Baghdad governorate.
