Head of the Al-Hikma National Movement, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, congratulated the Iraqi students and their parents who were able to pass the intermediate stage. However, expressed his deep concern and deep regret for the low pass rates of the school year, stressed that this unsettling low rate is a warning bell to probable danger ahead.
His eminence urged the government, the Council of Representatives and the concerned parties to raise awareness about the imbalance that led to this worrying deterioration. And indicated that one of the reasons for this deterioration is vacant minister position for a long time, this confirms more than ever the need to nominate a professional candidate capable of running the Ministry of Education in Iraq and bear full responsibility for this serious and important dossier.
