Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem receives British Ambassador in Baghdad
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim, head of the National State Forces Alliance, received the British Ambassador to Iraq, His Excellency Mark Bryson-Richardson, Tuesday, August 3, 2021.
The two sides exchanged views on the latest developments in Iraq and the region and ways to enhance the bilateral relations between Baghdad and London to achieve the interests of the two countries.
His Eminence stressed the importance of the forthcoming elections, their details, and their ability to bring about balance and the desired change if the conditions for proper selection, effective participation, and electoral security are met.
His Eminence expressed rejoice towards the support of the international community and the UK to hold the elections on the scheduled date on October 10 of the current year.
