On Wednesday, April 24, 2013, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Superior Council of Iraq received in his office in Baghdad the independent National Alliance MP, Jawad Bazoni, and the State of Law Coalition MP Mansoor Tamimi. His Eminence hoped that local governments would be formed in the provinces where elections took place that help alleviate the suffering of citizens and put up a strong basis for services all over the country. The deputies, Bazoni and Tamimi, showed their gratitude to the constructive role the head of the Islamic Superior Council of Iraq has played in bringing the viewpoints of the different political parties closer.
