    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Congratulates the Leader of the Iran's Islamic Revolution for the Successful Presidential Elections

     
    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, has telegraphed a letter to Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the leader of the Iran's Islamic Revolution, in which he congratulated him for the great victory taken by the Iranian people through its wide participation in the presidential elections that have taken place under honest conditions.  
    His Eminence said in the letter sent Sunday, 16/6/2013, that the successful elections are once again a proof that the Islamic regime respects the will and choices of peoples while reflecting the trust and deep faith of the Iranian people in the course drawn by the Iran's Islamic Revolution and its achievements, and its determination to stick to its path under the wise leadership of Sayyid Khamenei.  
     
    Here below is the text of the letter:
     
    In the Name of Allah the Compassionate the Merciful
     
    Grand Ayatollah Imam Sayyid Imam Khamenei "May Allah protect him"
    May peace be upon you, 
    I congratulate you for the great victory taken by the Iranian people through its wide participation in the presidential elections that have taken place under honest conditions, thus constituting a point of strength and a source of glory for the Islamic State. In fact, they are once again a proof that the Islamic regime respects the free will and choices of peoples while reflecting the trust and deep faith of the Iranian people in the course drawn by the Iran's Islamic Revolution and its achievements, and their determination to stick to its path under your wise leadership. Finally, I wish more glory for Islam and Muslims in general and the Muslim Iranian people in particular.
