The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, stressed the need to provide the best services to Iraqi citizens, especially in electricity, calling for making more efforts to ease the burden on citizens. This came during His Eminence’s meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs, Hussein Al Shahristani.
His Eminence insisted on the importance of enacting the laws still inactive in the parliament, notably those that directly serve the interests of Iraqi citizens.
It is worth mentioning that the meeting was also attended by the Head of parliamentary State of Law bloc Khalid Al-Atiya and the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Safa al-Din Al-Safi.
