During the 6th Ramadan Night Event, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim: Reinforcing the Religious and Ethical Identity Shortens the Distance between us and Allah, the Almighty

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed the necessity of reinforcing the religious and ethical identity and exploiting it in shortening the distance between us and Allah, the Almighty, calling to work diligently and actively for the obedience of Allah through the worships and to find solutions for the people's problems and fulfill their needs. In his opinion, this is the right each of us has while performing and acting for what he wants during his course.
This came during the 6th Ramadan night event held in Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim's office, Friday 19/7/2013.
His Eminence pointed out to the importance of working on fulfilling the needs of the believers, and how big its effect and reward would be in the sight of Allah, the Almighty, in this life and the Hereafter. He said sharing the believers their problems is like seeking to solve them, and both acts are equally rewarded, calling for competing in performing good deeds and solving people's solutions by the public, officials and those holding higher positions, and not for positions and power. He also warned against neglecting the problems and the suffering of the citizens and quitting social solidarity which is so important for the Islamic community.
