The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, stressed the need to maintain the cohesion of the national forces in facing the challenges that the region is going through, underlining that the Iraqi parliament should ratify the laws that are in the interest of citizens and meet their ambitions and calling on everyone to join efforts and ensure that the local governments succeed in developing Iraqi provinces. His Eminence pointed to the importance of overcoming the bottleneck of routine and complicated administrative procedures that hinder the provision of services to citizens.
This came during the meeting of His Eminence with the Head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Dr. Ibrahim Al Jaafari, in Sayyid Al Hakim’s office in Baghdad, on Saturday, 31/8/2013.
