Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Congratulates Al- Sisi for Election Win in Egypt
Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, congratulated Abdel Fattah Al- Sisi on his victory in the Egyptian presidential elections, in a cable his eminence sent on Monday, June 2, 2014.
His eminence prayed God to make the new Egyptian president-elect succeed in his entrusted tasks and to let Egypt play, under his mandate, a pioneering role in the Arab and Islamic world. Sayyid Al hakim also indicated the importance of strengthening the bilateral relations between the two friend countries and peoples of Egypt and Iraq.

Your Excellency Mr. Abdel Fattah Al Sisi
President of the Arab Republic of Egypt
May Allah’s peace, mercy and blessings be upon you,
We have the pleasure to extend to your Excellency our sincere felicitations on your elections as president of the Arab Republic of Egypt. As we praise the trust given by the dear Egyptian people to you, we pray the Almighty to make you succeed in assuming the great responsibility that was entrusted with you and to let Egypt, under your mandate, play its pioneering and vital role in achieving the balance in our Arab and Islamic world. We also look forward to your efforts aiming at filling the coming phase with more coordination and constructive collaboration, so as to open new horizon for strengthening the positive relationships between our two friend countries and peoples and to guarantee their common interests and serve the security and stability of the region.
