    In his Meeting with Bahaa al-Araji, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Stresses the Need to Make a Difference in the Security and Service Situation in favor of the Iraqi Citizens


        Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed the need to make a difference in the security and service situation so as to maintain the the security of the citizens and the stability of Iraq and to provide the necessary services for the Iraqi people to have a decent life.
        This came during a meeting with his Eminence, held at his office in Baghdad on Saturday, September 20, 2014, and the first deputy of the prime minister, Bahaa al-Araji.
    The parties discussed the developments in the country and the support of the new government, as well as the status of the national coalition and how to make an institutional coalition that cares for the Iraqi citizens and conveys their suffering and aspirations to the government and the parliament.
        For his part, Mr. al-Araji said the Supreme Council is an authentic, main partner in the political process and Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim has an effective role in moving on with many issues and resolving the problems and difficulties. He noted that they discussed during the meeting how to find real cooperation solutions between the different parties to successfully implement the Iraqi project that many Iraqis expect to change the reality not only the figures, according to the people's demands and the vision of the religious authority.
