Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, met on Monday, October 20, 2014, the President of the Republic Fouad Massoum in the latter’s office in Baghdad.
    During the meeting were discussed the political developments in the country as well as the security situation. In this context, his eminence stressed the need to join everyone’s efforts in order to take Iraq out of its current crisis.
His eminence also discussed with President Massoum the international support provided to Iraq and the ways to benefit from it insomuch as to preserve Iraq’s sovereignty.
