In a Phone Call with Mr. Barzani, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Stresses on Resolving the Problems between the Centre and the Iraqi Kurdistan
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed the need to resolve all the problems between the centre and the Iraqi Kurdistan and the importance of reaching radical and global solutions.
This came in a phone call made by his Eminence with the president of the Iraqi Kurdistan on Sunday, November 16, 2014. His Eminence has discussed with Mr. Barzani the global security and political situation and the problems between the government of the region and the federal government, pointing out to the importance of coordination between the security forces, the popular crowd and the Peshmerga, while praising the victories achieved by the Iraqi citizens against the terrorist ISIS.
