During his Visit to the Hussaini Convoys in Karbala’, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Assures that the Crowds of Million Participants Carry a Political Message Addressed to ISIS that the Followers of Ahl Al Bayt are Present and Will Assume Their Role
Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, assured that the crowds of million participants in the Arba’een visit carry a political message addressed to ISIS that the followers of Ahl Al Bayr are present and will assume their role in coexistence with other Iraqi components and with the other Islamic countries and the world. His eminence indicated that the visit has, in addition to its dogmatic and human aspects, a political aspect in the face of ISIS who aims to destroys Shias starting with the targeting of the Martyr of the Niche (May Allah sanctify his soul).
This came when his eminence was checking the Hussaini convoys in holy Karbala’ on Thursday, December 11, 2014. His eminence stated that ISIS is targeting each time the Hussaini rituals because their performers from Ahl Al Bayt are many. He reminded that ISIS, and al Qaeda before it, had announced to the regional and international public opinion that its aim is to destroy Shias. He finally explained that the crowds have reflected their adherence to the revolution and project of Hussain, the project of building a modern State and fighting corrupt people.
