    Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Sends a Cable of Congratulations to Essebsi for the Success of Elections in Tunisia and His Victory in Presidential Elections


        Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Beji Caid Essebsi, President of the Republic of Tunisia, for the success of elections and his elections as president on Wednesday, December 24, 2014.

        His eminence extended to Essebsi his most sincere congratulations and honest wishes of success in assuming the great responsibility that was entrusted to him. He also expressed hope that his mandate will promote the opportunities of dialogue and understanding and will establish the human principles of freedom, justice and prosperity, and wished that the coming phase will open new horizons in the relations and constructive collaboration between Iraq and Tunis and their peoples, so as to guarantee their common interests.

    President of the Republic of Tunisia,


    May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon you,
    We have the pleasure to express our pride in the success of the elections and your election as President of the dear Republic of Tunisia. On this occasion, we extend to Your Excellency our most sincere congratulations and honest wishes of success in assuming the great responsibility that was entrusted to you.
