    In a Meeting with Al-Janabiyeen Clan Delegation in Babylon, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Stresses the Need to Hasten the Safe Return of Displaced Persons to Liberated Areas


        Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council in Iraq, stressed the need for the safe return of displaced people to their towns and homes in the areas liberated from the hands of the terrorist ISIL gangs, calling on competent agencies to speed up the development of plans and mechanisms that ensure the return of displaced persons to continue their lives normally, underlining the importance to help these displaced, solve their problems and provide a decent livelihood for them.
    This came in a meeting held in His Eminence's office in Baghdad, on Thursday, February 05, 2015, between Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim and Sheikh Adnan al-Janabi, head of al-Janabiyeen clan and former member of the Iraqi parliament, along with number of dignitaries and citizens of Jarf Nasr village.
        For his part, Sheikh al-Janabi praised the role of Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim in supporting Iraq and preserving the unity of its land and people, and particularly his leading directions during the interfaith dialogue conference held recently in His Eminence’s office in Baghdad.
     
    Moreover, they discussed during the meeting the overall situation in the country.
