Sayyid Al-Hakeem stresses transparency, honest competition to work for Federal Service Council
In his meeting with the head of the Federal Service Council, Mr. Mahmood Al-Tamimi on 8/3/2023, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, was briefed on the Council’s work and its role in providing employment opportunities and activating the service file in support of State institutions and ministries. H.E. stressed the importance of honest competition and adopting clear criteria and taking advantage of the experiences of others in recruitment and employment files. H.E. highlighted the importance of the adoption of modern technology in the selection process between applicants.
H.E. also stressed the need to address sagging in some locations and shortages in others and to benefit from college degree holders and specialized personnel needed by institutions, especially technological and information technology specializations.
