Sayyid Al-Hakeem discusses political scene updates with Hadi Al-Amiri
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with Mr. Hadi Al-Amiri, the head of Fatih Alliance, and discussed the latest political developments in Iraq and the region. His Eminence called for the completion of parliamentary dues, and selecting a new Speaker for the Iraqi House of Parliament. H.E. urged the esteemed Sunni community to unite and finalize their choice to facilitate the process for the other blocs.
H.E. reaffirmed his support for the initiatives of Brother Al-Sudani’s government in construction and development, stressing the need to alleviate the burdens on citizens, particularly as the summer season reaches its peak.
H.E. also stressed the urgent need to end the war in Gaza, prevent its escalation, rebuild the city, and return displaced residents to their homes. H.E. held the international community accountable for the ongoing conflict due to its silence on the violations of sanctities and international laws and norms.
