Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Gaza and Lebanon Crises Expose the Collapse of Western Values and Reveal Empty Slogans

Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with the leadership of the Women’s Organizing Office of Al-Hikma National Movement, emphasizing the importance of maintaining their role in advancing reform on both a national level and in preparation for the appearance of Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance). H.E. stressed that each individual has a role in this journey of reform and should spare no effort in fulfilling it. Sayyid Al-Hakeem urged assessing situations by their outcomes and reflected on the events in Gaza and Lebanon, where great sacrifices have been made. H.E. expressed his belief that Allah has promised victory to the faithful. He pointed out that leaders who have been martyred, notably the Leader of the Resistance, have gained even greater stature and have become symbols of resistance through their sacrifice. H.E. added that history shows that righteousness often prevails with fewer resources, achieving remarkable success despite the odds.
Sayyid Al-Hakeem also called for reflection on the lessons from the crises in Gaza and Lebanon, highlighting the collapse of Western values, which have failed to condemn any massacre, merely offering expressions of “concern” and “regret.” H.E. noted that Western responses betray values like human dignity, freedom, and children’s and women’s rights, proving these to be nothing more than slogans. H.E. underscored the need to adhere to a path of moderation, uniting people around shared interests. The experience, H.E. explained, has shown that moderation and dialogue are essential for stability, economic growth, improved services, and public satisfaction.
H.E. further emphasized the importance of promoting the project, making its benefits clear to the nation and the public. The impact of moderation depends on its strength, which requires solid organizational foundations and a focus on quality individuals. H.E. encouraged continuous training and development, active engagement with members, and empowering them.
Sayyid Al-Hakeem stressed that roles are claimed through proactive efforts, urging excellence in organizational work with available resources, direct engagement, open listening to ideas, and maximizing media platforms to advance the goals of the Al-Hikma National Movement.
